School level fair SRC/IRB Committees must complete this task before experimentation begins. o Any projects requiring pre-approval that were not pre-approved prior to the start of experimentation may not compete in Fulton County Regional Science Fair. o Check ISEF guidelines regarding the need for pre-approval at website www.societyforscience.org/isef/document or at the state GSEF website www.georgiacenter.uga.edu/gsef Registration Forms o The originals of all required ISEF forms must accompany the project on display. o Registration packets should include copies – not originals of all required forms in addition to the Fulton County Regional Science Fair registration form. o The following forms are required for all projects: Checklist for Adult Sponsor (1) [ISEF Form] (copy of original) Student Checklist (1A) [ISEF Form] (copy of original) Research Plan Attachment (copy of original) Approval Form (1B) [ISEF Form] (copy of originals for each student) Abstract [ISEF Form] (copy of original) Other ISEF forms as required by project (copy of original) Fulton County Regional Science Fair Registration Form (original) Liability Waiver (original) o All ISEF forms can be downloaded from www.societyforscience.org/isef/document or at the state GSEF website www.georgiacenter.uga.edu/gsef .
