There is a limit of 3 items/baskets per person. One item can be a set of 3 small items that are complimentary to each other. Wall hangings are acceptable but no installations or mobiles allowed. 2. There is an entry fee of $10 per item/basket or set to be returned with the attached Entry Form BY 18th AUGUST 2014. This will help cover the cost of invitations and gallery hire. Cheques to be made payable to Basketmakers of Victoria Inc. 3. Exhibits are to be of work completed in 2013 and/or 2014 and be for sale. 4. There will be a commission of 30% on all work sold, payable to BOV. 5. All exhibits are to be labelled for identification. You must include Title, Materials Used and RETAIL Price. Tags must be attached to the back of the work using a fine wire to enable easy removal for taking photos. 6. Artwork must be ready for hanging if appropriate (i.e. securely wired at the back). Participants are to advise of any special requirements for display and provide a photograph. 7. The Exhibition Committee reserve the right to consider but not necessarily exhibit all works submitted. 8. Baskets to be delivered to Quadrant Gallery, 72 Barkers Road, Hawthorn between 11am and 3pm on Tuesday 30th September, unless other arrangements have been made with the exhibition committee. 9. Exhibits sent by post must be mailed to BOV, PO Box 1467, East Camberwell, VIC, 3126 by Monday 22nd September and include return postage. 10. Baskets are to be collected from Quadrant Gallery between 10am and 3pm on Monday 27th October unless other arrangements have been made with the exhibition committee. Cheques for items sold will be posted as soon as possible after the exhibition. 11.
