The Itinerary
Day 1: Wednesday 15th October (MT, L & D)
We invite you to experience the Gourmet Farmgate Tour and savour the freshest produce that the
Gloucester, Stroud and Barrington districts have to offer. This morning we depart Port Stephens for
Gloucester and enjoy an interesting look at its history with a museum and town tour. We indulge in a
garden tour and delightful herbal morning tea and lunch at Hillview Herb Farm. The farm boasts
spectacular views, overlooking the majestic Bucket Mountains and Mograni Range and has a
range of gourmet delights for sale. Next we head to Gloucester River Vineyard for an insight into
growing grapes and producing no added preservative red and white wines. We check into our
accommodation to freshen up before topping off a fantastic day by heading to Trudgalong Farm for
a tour and 5 course dinner showcasing the local produce, complete with entertainment.

Day 2: Thursday 16th October (B, MT, L)
Following breakfast we make our way to Camp Cobark where we meet Allen and his horse and hear
about the historic property whilst enjoying morning tea. A gourmet ‘Perenti’ picnic lunch is provided
in Billabong Park and afterwards make the most of your free time by browsing around the beautiful
town and shops of Gloucester. On our return to Port Stephens, we make a stop at a modern circular
dairy farm to see where milk really comes from.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACE ON THE TOUR
You can make a reservation on your selected tour by calling Port Stephens Coaches on (02) 4982 2940 or Newcastle Coaches on (02)
4916 3654 We will hold a place on the tour for you for 7 days pending the receipt of your non refundable deposit. A $100.00 non
refundable deposit will be required for this tour.
Payment of your non refundable deposit will secure your place on the tour and you will receive confirmation in writing. The balance of
your tour is payable 60 days prior to your tour’s departure. For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is required immediately. If
payment is not received by the due date, Port Stephens Coaches reserves the right to cancel your place on the tour and you will incur
cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING
The reservations we make are subject to cancellation fees from airlines, hotels, attractions and cruise companies, etc making it
necessary to enforce strict cancellation policies. If you cancel a reservation any time prior to the departure of your tour the following
cancellation fees will apply;
60 days or more prior to departure
Loss of Deposit
Less than 60 days prior to departure Up to 100% of monies paid
Please note, we strongly recommend adequate travel insurance is taken out to cover against these cancellation fees, in the unfortunate
event that you have to cancel your participation on the tour.
INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE
All travel, accommodation, sightseeing and meals as specified in your itinerary and on your confirmation letter .
NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE
Optional Touring, items of a personal nature including travel insurance, laundry, drinks and personal phone calls.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover against illness or accident, cancellation, loss of luggage, etc.
SINGLE TRAVELLERS
For those travellers requiring twin share, we will endeavor to match you with a travelling companion however, if we are unable to
provide a companion with whom you can share, a single supplement may apply.
SEATING AND SEAT ROTATION
Seating is rotated in a random order at the direction of the coach driver to ensure all guests enjoy a variety of seating.
CHANGES TO THE TOUR ITINERARY
Port Stephens Coaches reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary or change of reservation, features and/or means of
conveyance without notice. Port Stephens Coaches reserves the right to cancel the tour should it not reach minimum number and
clients will be notified prior to departure should this occur .
RESPONSIBILITY
Port Stephens Coaches does not accept liability for failure on the part of transportation companies, hotel contractors and other
principles whose responsibility is confined to their own operations. All ticket coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all
respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided, thereby are offered or
supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, management agents or agents.
