Address Correction Requested What is Included: The cost of each tour includes round trip transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and admission fees, baggage handling to and from the hotel rooms, and any meals specified on the itinerary. All prices are per person and are subjected to transportation tariff charges. Motorcoaches: All coaches are air conditioned and equipped with a restroom, Video/DVD player and TV Monitors. Departure Information: Departure time and location will be stated in the itinerary which will be sent to you prior to departure. All trips will originate in New Albany, MS. Clothing: Clothing will be casual and for comfort unless otherwise specified in the itinerary. An all purpose coat, which may be put in the overhead racks, is a good idea for possible cool weather on tours including the mountains and coastal areas. Comfortable walking shoes are a Must. Medicine: It is advisable to have a supply of any needed medication adequate to last the duration of the trip. It is also advisable to have a spare pair of eyeglasses. All medicine should be in your carry-on luggage. Do not put it in your luggage under the bus. Luggage: We must limit luggage to one large bag per person. This bag must be 60 lbs. or less. You may take a piece of carry-on luggage (small enough to fit on the overhead rack of the motorcoach) if you are willing to be responsible for it. Smoking: Frequent stops are made while on tour, therefore we ask those who smoke to limit their smoking to these times. Customers with Disabilities: We are here to serve you and welcome you on our tours. We can provide assistance with boarding and departing the bus and with storage and retrieval of mobility devices and assistive aids. We can better assist you if you call us 48 hours in advance. We would appreciate more advance notice if possible. Our driver can better assist you if you tell us what type of mobility device you have and how much it weighs. If you can climb steps and do not need a lift coach, we can more safely secure your scooter, wheelchair or walker in the luggage bay if we have details in advance. 2014 Tours Lift-Equipped Buses: Should you require a coach with a lift, please call at least 48 hours prior to departure. If you are unable to provide 48-hour advance notice, Barkley Travel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. Lift-equipped buses have two securement areas for wheelchairs. Once these areas are full, additional riders using scooters or wheelchairs can be accommodated only if they can transfer to a seat. Wheelchair seating is on a first come, first serve basis at reservation. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time so that we can pre-board you should you wish. Note: The passenger and mobility device must have a combined weight of no more than 600 pounds. The mobility device must be a maximum of 30 inches wide and 48 inches long. Service Animals: Service animals are welcome to travel with the passenger with a disability as long as the animal does not occupy a seat or obstruct the aisle. Service animals must always be well-behaved and under the control of their owners or handlers, such as on a leash or in a carrier. Barkley Travel reserved the right to refuse travel to any animal which poses a direct threat to other customers or Barkley Travel drivers or employees. A large print itinerary is available upon request. Canada: You MUST have a valid passport to enter or exit Canada. Canada is considered a Foreign Country, thus your cell phone will be charged for Foreign Exchange unless you arrange for cell service / text messages for a foreign country. Emergency Situations: For emergency use, include your insurance card and at least one blank check. You must also have at least one form of personal identification.
