The First Bank and Trust Pavilion is not available to exhibitors on Thursday due to club set-up for the trial.

The trial site will be available on Friday, Oct. 31 at 7:00 am for exhibitor setups.
Some crating is available under cover. Be prepared for all types of weather.

TRIAL SITE HOURS:
All Days: 7 am – 7 pm
RUNNING ORDER
Judging will begin at 9 am on Friday (judge’s briefing @ 8:45am)
and 8 am on SAT & SUN (judge’s briefing @ 7:45am).
FRI & SUN - Low to High (4” - 26”)
SATURDAY - High to Low ( 26” - 4”)
Classes will run in the following order:
FRIDAY:
All FAST (EX/MAS-OPN-NOV) – T2B - EX/MAS JWW – EX/MAS STD
SATURDAY and SUNDAY:
T2B – EX/MAS JWW – EX/MAS STD - OPN JWW - OPN STD - NOV JWW - NOV STD
EX/MAS STD and EX/MAS JWW will be split into 2 groups.
SMALL:
4-8-12-16” WALK - RUN
LARGE:
20-24-26” WALK - RUN
All other classes will have one Walk
ARMBANDS / MEASURING
If your dog does not need to be measured, you can pick up your arm bands at the Check-In table starting at 8:15 am
on Friday and at 7:15 am on Saturday and Sunday. We are scheduled to have Volunteer Measuring Officials (VMOs)
at this trial. All dogs needing to be measured must be measured PRIOR to their runs. It is the exhibitor’s
responsibility to ensure that their dogs are measured. Measurements will take place before each class. Armbands
MUST be worn in the ring.
MOVE-UPS
Move ups must be sent in writing (E-mail is acceptable and preferred) to the Trial Secretary for the October 31st trial
no later than Monday, October 27th at 6pm.
Day to Day Move ups will be accepted but must be submitted in person to the trial secretary
no later than 15 minutes after the last run is judged for each class(STD & JWW).
VOLUNTEERS
THANK YOU!!!  The Volunteer Schedule will be sent out via e-mail and posted on the GoneDoggin’ website when
it is ready. Volunteers please check-in at the trial with Deb Hazel to verify your job assignments.
All workers will be provided with lunch.

This is the very first agility trial at this new and
promising site. We welcome your feedback. Please
tell a CVAC member and look for our "Feed Back"
box at our check in table.
Rabies Certificate Required
Meadow Event requires rabies
certificates to be available for
inspection. “RABIES
CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED
TO BE AVAILABLE FOR
INSPECTION AT ANY TIME –
THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF
MEADOW EVENT PARK AND
CAROLINE COUNTY”.
Bring copies with you to the trial.
Do not leave it at home.
We are very excited about the possibility of future
agility trials at this new venue, so please clean up
after your dogs so The Meadow Event Park will be
happy to have Agility as part of their family.
• No Exhibitor Setup on Thursday. Some crating
available under covered arena.
• Download the Trial Site Map at

• Catering by “TJ’s at the Meadow” including
breakfast and lunch. Light refreshments will be
available for volunteers.
• There will be a Halloween Costume competition
that will be held after the Excellent Classes on
Saturday! A dog(s) only costume and a dog &
owner/handler costume contest. First Place and
Runner up prizes will be awarded in both classes.

From I-95
Take Exit 98 (Doswell) and travel 1½ miles east on state Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your left, and the
Equine Complex will be on your right. Turn Right on to Meadow Road to entrance gate 6. Follow CVAC signs to Pavilion.
From the East Alternate Route
Take U.S. Route 301 to state Route 30; travel about 3 miles west on Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your
right, and the Equine Complex will be on your left. Turn Left on to Meadow Road to entrance gate 6. Follow CVAC signs to Pavilion.
From the West Alternate Route
Take U.S. Route 1 to state Route 30; travel about 2 miles east on Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your left,
and the Equine Complex will be on your right. Turn Right on to Meadow Road to entrance gate 6. Follow CVAC signs to Pavilion.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to
assure their dogs are free from internal and external parasites, any
communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
