MEMBERSHIP (NEW)
Corporate Friends of the Zoo Premium Membership Terms & Conditions:








All corporate memberships commence on the 1st of each month and are valid for one (01) year from date
of issue.
Each card allows 01 employee of the above registered company and up to 03 accompanying guests
complimentary admission to Singapore Zoo and River Safari, the staff must be present for benefit to be
valid.
Each card can only be used once a day.
Corporate membership card & employee pass must be presented to enjoy benefits/discounts including
admission to Singapore Zoo and River Safari.
Corporate membership does not include parking charges and all rides, including tram and boat rides.
Discounts are only for selected items and are not applicable with other special offers and/or promotions
All F&B and retail membership discounts are suspended during the first 10 days of the Chinese Lunar New
Year.
The terms and conditions of the corporate membership may be supplemented or amended without prior
notice at the sole discretion of Singapore Zoological Gardens.
Administrative Terms and Conditions:






All completed application forms and payments must be submitted 30 days before the start date of the
cards (indicated above) for processing.
Invoices are available upon request, a minimum of 10 working days are required for processing.
Loss of membership cards must be reported to the Partnership Team (Sales Department) at
[email protected] or 6360 8546.
Card replacement requires 3 working days and card is released upon cash payment only.
Replacement fee of S$53.50 per card shall apply.
The membership card is the property of Singapore Zoological Gardens and shall be returned upon request.
The management reserves the right to reject any application or renewal and to suspend or terminate a
membership without liability or refund if any of the conditions of the membership are not complied with
or the privileges abused.
Authorization Letter Terms and Conditions:
 Each authorisation letter allows entry for up to 01 employee of the above registered company and 03
accompanying guests.
 A maximum of 03 (for Silver membership) and 05 (for Gold membership) authorisation letters may be
issued and used on the same day accordingly by different sets of employee and his/her guests. No cards
will be issued if company opts in for this scheme.
 Authorisation letter and employee pass must be presented to enjoy benefits/discounts including
admission to Singapore Zoo and River Safari.
 The authorisation letter does not include parking charges and all rides, including tram and boat rides.
 In the event of any unauthorised multiple use or copy of the letter, the letter will be confiscated.
Verification will be done with the company’s human resource department.
 In the event of misuse; the employee/company will be liable for the payment of the additional entry at the
various parks’ prevailing walk-in rates.
