One of the region’s favorite musical groups –
Tom Foolery Band – will rock Elm City Brewery
on Halloween night with a combination of funk,
classic rock, disco, motown, and ballads.
The Keene Public Library will host a free guitar
performance at the library’s Heberton Hall, Friday,
October 24th from 7 to 8 p.m. Peter Biedermann is
an instrumental guitarist based in Green Valley, AZ
who has been composing and performing for over 35
years. While his music covers a number of genres in
various disciplines, the sounds on October 24th will
be entirely original. The music will be performed on a
variety of six- and 12-string guitars in unique tunings
combined with subtle ambient electronics. The architecture of the music is melodic and rhythmic; combining compositional structure and improvisation that
embraces the influences
of the last 50+ years of
finger-style acoustic guitar playing.
