RELIEF MEASURES Complaints arising from failure to comply with the commitments stated in this Charter should be addressed to the unit responsible. Once your complaint has been received, we will reply within 15 working days with a letter from the State Public Employment Service General Directorate communicating the reasons that caused the breach and relief measures that will be accordingly adopted. Failure to comply with the commitments stated in this Charter in any way will not result in liability of the Administration.
