How to Log In
Logging into your desired Smart Queue portal is simple.
1. When visiting www.avoxi.com, click on the “Customer Login” tab.
2. From this page, either select the “Smart Queue” or “Smart Queue South Africa” portal.
Smart Queue portal is for all global customers outside of South Africa.
Smart Queue South Africa is for customer based in South Africa.
3. Once you are in the appropriate portal, you will arrive to login page in which you will use
your dedicated Login ID and password. Contact your Account Manager or our Support
team to obtain these credentials should you not have them.
