If a Title is finished after the trial closing date, Obedience transfers/moveups to another class will be accepted as space permits within entry limits, in accordance with Chapter1, Section 16 of the Obedience Regulations. Requests for transfer must be made in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of each trial. Forms may be downloaded from the AKC website at www.akc.org or requested from the Trial Secretary Post Dated Checks and Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. WCOTC will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries; however, if the entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Declination of Entries. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have any claim against WCOTC or any official thereof. Entry Fees Shall Not be Refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entries will be made. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in the filling out of out entry forms. Corrections can not be made after the closing date. Please be certain that you fill in the right class and have the correct Rally jump height on your entries. Exhibitors are Responsible for the Behavior of Their Dogs and/or Children. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. Mapquest/GPS Address: 199 Potter Lane Delmont PA 15626 From the West Take PA Turnpike to Exit 57 (Monroeville.) After tollbooth, take far right exit ramp towards Murrysville. Follow Route 22 East through Murrysville to intersection with Route 66 (10.4 miles.) Take Route 66 North ramp to Delmont. ***From the intersection of Rt. 22 and Rt. 66: Continue north on Route 66 (2.9 miles) through two traffic lights, past Delmont Auto Sales on the right and Valero Century RV Sales on the left. Just after you pass the Delmont Veterinary Hospital on the left, turn RIGHT into driveway for the Delmont North Industrial Park. Continue to the buildings at the top of the hill. From the South or East Take the PA Turnpike or Interstate 70 to the New Stanton interchange. Follow PA Toll Road 66 North to intersection with Route 22 (13.8 miles). Pass under Route 22 and follow directions from ***above. From the North Take Route 66 South. From the Route 380 intersection, continue 7 miles South. Past the blue VW sign for Excel Auto Body, turn left into Delmont North Industrial Park. Continue to the buildings at the top of the hill.
