KOREAN BARBECUE PIZZA REVEALED AS WINNER OF
CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN’S EPISODE OF TNT’S NEW
COOKING COMPETITION SERIES ON THE MENU

October 20, 2014 (Los Angeles, CA) – Following Friday night’s episode of TNT’s new
cooking competition series “On the Menu,” California Pizza Kitchen, the authority on
California-style pizza and industry leader in creative dining, is now serving the winning
Korean Barbecue pizza in participating restaurants nationwide.* One dollar from every sale
of the winning pizza will be donated to Make-A-Wish as part of California Pizza
Kitchen’s Inspired Acts corporate giving program.

Brian Sullivan joined celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse on the judging panel that selected the
winning pizza, with Ty Pennington serving as the show’s host. “On the Menu” is produced
by United Artists Media Group (an MGM company). Dean Houser serves as executive
producer along with United Artist Media Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Burnett.
The winning Korean Barbecue pizza, created by Jessica Roy of Huntington Beach, Calif., is
made with roasted pork in a sweet and spicy Korean Barbecue sauce on CPK’s original
hand-tossed crust. The pizza is topped with Napa cabbage, julienned pears and carrots,
slivered scallions and fresh cilantro in a Ponzu vinaigrette.
