Make checks payable to SBTC (returned check charge $25). All entries must be submitted on
official AKC Agility entry forms, one dog per form. Photocopies of entries without the AKC
agreement are NOT acceptable. Unsigned, incomplete or illegible entries are NOT acceptable and
cannot be entered (AKC rule CH 14, Sec4). Faxed entries and/or credit cards cannot be accepted.
Note: Please include your e-mail address on your entry form if you would like confirmation that your
entry was received before the trial closes or enclose a self-addressed stamped postcard if you do not
have an e-mail. All entries submitted with an e-mail address will receive final confirmation
information via e-mail. Telephone calls will not be made to confirm receipt of entries.
CLASSES OFFERED
All three days of the trial - Novice A & B, Open and EXC/Master Regular as well as Novice
Preferred, Open Preferred and EXC/Master Preferred in both Standard and Jumpers
w/Weaves Classes are offered .
Friday and Saturday - Regular and Preferred T2B will be offered.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the
rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely. Entry Fees will
not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by action of the Trial
Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the trials cannot be open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances,
fire, an act of God, public emergency, an act of public enemy, or other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
SBTC reserves the right to cancel these trials in the event of extreme weather conditions and no entry fee refunds will
be made in such case.
Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. There will be a $25.00 charge added to all returned checks. No refund for
duplicate entries will be given. Care will be taken to find duplicates; however, if an entry has been processed, no refund will
be made. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any
exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior
may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee be asked to leave the trial site. There will be no refunds of entry fees if a person
is asked to leave the trial site. All dogs must be on a leash at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility
warm-up area. Bitches in season will not be permitted in the Trial. Entry fees less $8.00 administrative fee per day will be
refunded for bitches coming in season after closing date. Owner must present certificate form Veterinarian to the Secretary
prior to the start of the trial. Exhibitors alone are responsible for being at the ring gate when it is their turn to run. Failure to be
at the ring gate may result in an exhibitor being marked absent. Exhibitors should follow their Veterinarians' recommendation
to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
Canadian exhibitors must make payment in US funds. SBTC assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. SBTC
may decline any entries, and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause and no one shall have any
claim against SBTC, or any official thereof. Owners are responsible for errors made on entry forms, whosoever may make
such errors and no entry fee shall be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of such entries after the closing date.
Please type or print the information on the entry form carefully to eliminate such errors. Exhibitors assume all risk of leaving
items overnight at the trial site. SBTC assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to items at the trial site.

ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON FIRST RECEIVED BASIS ON OR AFTER 8:00 AM EST WEDNESDAY,
October 15, 2014. Paper entries received within 24 hours of the opening date and time must: 1)
include postage or be metered; and 2) be delivered by a multi-state or multi-national postal or carrier
service, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL.Please waive signature
requirements on all forms of delivery. Mail requiring signatures will be returned to sender. A
maximum of ten entries per envelope is allowed. Envelopes with more than ten entries and/or
entries received prior to the opening date will be returned. ENTRIES CLOSE 6:00 PM EST
WEDNESDAY, November 12, 2014, after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled, altered
or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules.
MOVE-UPS will be accepted prior to 6 PM EST MONDAY, November 24, 2014, and must be in
writing. Email move-ups to the Trial Secretary at [email protected]. Day-to-day
move- ups for those dogs earning a title at these trials will be accepted until the close of trials on
Friday and Saturday. Move up forms will be available at the show secretary's table.
OBSTACLES
Please see the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials for a current list of Mandatory Obstacles.
Obstacles will meet the specifications for obstacles in the current edition of the Regulations for
Agility Trials.
DOGS ELEGIBLE TO ENTER
This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the
American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite
Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation
Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Bitches in season, aggressive, blind or deaf dogs or dogs suffering
from any deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog's physical or mental
performance are ineligible to participate
BITCHES IN SEASON Upon receipt of a written statement postmarked before
the date of the show, a refund will be made minus a $8.00 per day processing fee.
FOOD
DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW SITE
There will be a food vendor on site, serving breakfast and lunch.
AWARDS AND RIBBONS
Ribbons will be awarded to all placements in each jump height in each class.
Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all receiving a qualifying score. Dogs must
qualify to receive placement ribbons. Any dog that finishes a title will receive a
special rosette.
A MACH/PACH bar will be awarded for teams earning their title at these trials.
PLEASE let us know, in advance, if there is a chance your team will be earning a
MACH/PACH this weekend! Contact the Trial Chairperson.

All dogs that have not been officially measured for an Agility Jump Height Card may still compete; however, they must be
measured by a Judge of record, an Agility Field Representative, or a Volunteer Measuring Official, prior to running. If measured
by the Judge of record, that measurement will be valid for this trial or back-to-back trials only. If a measurement is necessary, it is
the exhibitor's responsibility to have their dog(s) measured prior to running.
Dogs listed in the AKC Canine PartnersSM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the club’s option.
These dogs should be listed as All American Dog and must include their AKC number on the entry form and check the AKC No.

Overnight RV parking is available at the trial site. There are 40 sites with water and
electrical hookups. There will be extra electric trolleys for more sites.. It is “first come,
first serve” for electrical and water hookups.
