The Community Yard Sale takes place on Saturday, November 15 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 2. The event will occur, rain or shine. 3. The event will work to accommodate space requests; however, makes NO GUARANTEE that space requests will be honored. 4. Table registration fee is $30.00/table. Additional tables are $20.00. Tables are while supplies last. 5. Payment of space is a commitment for participation. No tables will be held without advance payment. 6. Refunds will not be offered once a space is confirmed, even if we experience inclement weather on the day of the event. 7. The Bay Point Resort will provide table(s) and chair(s). The event asks that no additional tables or chairs be used. 9. After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be removed from the unloading area to the gravel parking lot. 10. No overnight parking will be permitted. Any vehicle left overnight is subject to towing at the owner’s expense. 11. Set-up begins at 6:00 AM and must be completed no later than 7:30 AM. Tables will be first come, first served basis. Tables are located indoors and outdoors. Due to space limitations, we ask that you do not move the tables from their original location. 12. All merchandise must be kept within 6ft from the back of your table(s) & 2ft from the front of your table(s). No set-up will be allowed to the sides of your table(s). Please adhere to these restrictions due to space limitations. 13. Clothing is permitted; however, we request that you use no more than two clothing racks per space reservation. 14. No concession (food/beverage) items are allowed at any point during the event. There are no exceptions. 15. Clean up is to begin promptly at 12:00 PM and must be completed by 2:00 PM. 16. Kindly pick up around your space following the completion of the event. Do not leave behind any trash or merchandise after the sale. Remaining items may be donated to a local charity that will be on hand near completion of event. 17. The following items are not accepted at this sale: merchandise that is not authentic, replicas of original products, political or religious handouts, pornographic or nude material, firearms and anything viewed by Bay Point Resort that is not deemed acceptable to a family audience. 18. Please follow all of the guidelines as listed above. If you are unable to follow these guidelines, we will ask the participant to leave and your table fees will not be refunded.
