The seminar is free, keen interest is expected, and space will be available to those in the order in which they
register. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio will provide a light breakfast, a box
lunch for each attendee and mid-afternoon refreshments. We have applied to the Ohio Supreme Court to award
6 CLE hours for this seminar and this seminar will also fulfill the CJA Panel Lawyer’s requirement under the
local CJA Plan, to have at least 6.00 hours of CLE in federal criminal law each biannual reporting period.
