UPR Workshop in Yangon with Geneva DWS and DTPW and Nepal
Colleagues invite ACT Forum Members and focal points to coordinate
and touch base on HR issues researched. Decide together on steps and
responsibilities in order to complete the report and how to disseminate
recommendations amongst our stakeholders at international level.

Quality expectations
a) A soft and a hard copy of the final first draft of a manual must be submitted.
b) Good relations with all involved stakeholders must be kept.

Time period for the assignment
The time period for the assignment is five months between 27th October 2014 to 28th February 2015.

Qualifications of Consultant

Excellent command of English language
Relevant experience in advocacy forums.
Ability to present sensitive information in a diplomatic manner
There needs to be a suitable mix of skills in the consultant that will strengthen LWF (Myanmar)
staffs in gender, Human Rights knowledge and legal language.
e) Previous experience with LWF is highly valuable

Ownership of Manual
The manual produced will be the property of LWF Myanmar, who will apply it in whatever way they
wish. If the document includes sensitive matters, LWF Myanmar reserves the right not to publicize
all or part of the document.
