Ultimate Adventure Residential Camp

Transport included from three locations
Based on 90 acres in the foothills of the Hunua Ranges campers
can escape for an adventure. Campers will choose their own
activities each day and could be doing anything from river
challenges, arts and crafts, climbing, high ropes or archery to
mud slides and more. The evenings will be filled with games,
glow worms and camp fires.
Outdoor Adventure Residential Camp
Age: 12-14 Years
Cost: $285.00
Location: Shakespear Lodge
Dates: 5 – 10 October
Transport included from two locations
Take in the amazing location of Shakespear Regional Park and
the stunning Hauraki Gulf. The Outdoors Adventure camp is
about making friends and hanging out with campers of a similar
age with similar interests. Getting stuck into some cool outdoor
activities such as archery and mountain biking, as well as some
water based favorites such as kayaking and sailing gives this
programme a great balance of being active as well as time
relaxing with friends.
Young Adventurers Expedition
Age: 10 – 14 Years
Cost: $380
Location: Camp Adair Based

This incredible expedition will be jam packed with activity
creating memories for life. Based from Camp Adair campers will
be hiking the Pinnacles in the Coromandel, caving on the west
coast, visiting hotpools and more
Ski n Board Tukino Tour
Age: 10-14 Years
Cost: $775.00
Location: Tukino Ski Field hosted by Shakespear Lodge

Discover the eastern slopes of Mt Ruapehu! Accommodation,
food, lift passes and supervision is included but equipment hire
is additional. Stay on the Tukino Ski Field and tear up the slopes
as soon as the tow opens for four days of skiing or boarding.
Coaching and tips are provided for novices and first timers from
Tukino and YMCA staff.
Jump Outdoors Residential Camp

With spring arriving in Shakespear Regional Park our Jump
Outdoors camp offers campers a chance to experience new
things and make new friends. With new staff from across the
YMCA Outdoors team joining our programme there will be lots
of great activities such as climbing and sailing and classic camp
games like ‘spot light’ and ‘capture the flag’ to keep campers
active for the week of camp. We look forward to welcoming you
to YMCA Shakespear Lodge.

The Discover Outdoors camp at YMCA Shakespear Lodge
is the ideal opportunity to get stuck into some great outdoor
activities such as kayaking, climbing, orienteering and sailing.
With new and retuning campers our YMCA Outdoors staff team
will combine all the best parts of pervious camps to make this
programme spring into life from beginning to end.

Consent and Payment
TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL: The information collected in this form is for the purposes of
service delivery. It may be viewed by Child, Youth and Family and is managed
in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Bookings are subject to payment in
full excepting WINZ bookings which require a 20% deposit or confirmation
of full support from WINZ. YMCA is not responsible for the loss or damage
of personal items left in the child’s possession. Parents/Caregivers are liable
for late fees at $10 for the first 10 minutes or part there of and $1 per minute
thereafter. In the event of an emergency where we are unable to contact you
we will proceed to administer medication and assist the child as deemed
appropriate in the circumstance. Overdue amounts may be referred to a debt
collection agency. Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred
by YMCA of Auckland Inc, in the enforcement of any rights contained
in this contract shall be paid by the Customer, including any solicitor’s
fees and/or debt collection agency fees. DAY PROGRAMMES: Parents/
Caregivers are required to supply children with sufficient lunch, drinks
and a sunhat on each day of attendance. Children may be transported to or
from a YMCA site in conjunction with scheduled activities or for the health
and safety of a child. Children must be signed in and out of the programme
at the time of drop-off and collection. Children will not be released to any
person not named in the registration process without prior written consent.
No refunds or transfers are available within 24 hours of programme
commencement. Any refunds given will incur a $15 administration fee.
CAMPS: Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation letter is issued.
No refunds or transfers are available within 5 working days of programme
commencement. Refunds for cancellations more than 5 working days prior to
programme commencement will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
