Al Salam Private School Where every child is special Dear Parents, Al Salam Private School is pleased to announce the re launch of our Parent Association, PALS (Parents of Al Salam) and are looking for volunteers to be class representatives. The aim of our parents association is to further promote the partnership and collaboration between the school, parents and the school community. If you would like to nominate yourself as a class representative, please send us an email to [email protected] with the following information by 23 October 2014- Thursday. Please nominate yourself for only one class if you have more one child in the school. Sharing information with parents of the represented class (regarding special occasions, workshops etc) via email. Supporting social events (i.e. National day) Supporting new families and children Helping with fundraising ideas Offering clubs, extracurricular activities or helping with existing ones It is important to note that a Parent Association is not a forum for complaint, which should go through normal channels (i.e. Department Head/Coordinator).
