Under the technical guidance and supervision of Township Manager, Team Leader is responsible for day to day implementation of activities and overall supervision of Community Facilitators and reporting of implemented project in the assigned Township; as well as to follow the existing procedures and policies of Pact Myanmar for a proper administration of the project. Tel: 09 - 8553198; 95-1-373221, 378931, 245447 www.pactworld.org Organize trained volunteers meetings, and network within communities as well as with the local health services for better integration with existing MCH, livelihoods and WASH sectors as necessary; Monitoring field visits of Community Facilitators and the work of trained volunteers/Change Agents, Change Agents Committee, and support as necessary; Lead office-based trainings together with Township Manager; Collect data relating to program input, output and outcomes, as well as activity records and reports, and submit to Township Monitor in a timely manner; Manage and supervise the team for a proper implementation of project activities at village level; Provide necessary support and guidance for capacity building of Community Facilitators under his/her supervision; Practice a regular reporting mechanism for program outputs and provide follow-ups when necessary; Monitor the progress of Community Facilitators within the assigned team; Practice accountability is best achieved to all stakeholders; Ascertain that monthly work plan and set project targets are achieved accordingly; Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Timely submission program reports and maintenance of systematic filing system of assigned team. Financial Responsibilities Maintain a transparent and sound cash management system for the operation and within the team, as per current financial procedures of Pact and the program; All expenses made by the Team Leader has to be approved by concerned Township Manager. Fluency in English is an asset; Able to work flexible hours as needed, and without constant or close supervision; Excellent time management skills; Result oriented and target driven; Able to work with team, lead the team to be more pro-active and motivated, and assist team members for overcoming any foreseen or unforeseen problems; Must be able to comply with management’s decisions for possible transfer to work in other townships for the best interest of program and its management.
