Message From Fr. Keith
Chosen, Blessed Shared
Retired and infirmed Priests Annual Fund
Thank you to those who gave so generously to
the “Chosen, Blessed, Shared” annual fund.
Everyone can support the retired priests of our
diocese by making a gift to the Endowment
Fund for the Care of Retired Priests. This
special fund is used to directly support retired
priests in good standing including the future
costs of their healthcare, insurance and
housing and sustenance. Please return your
gift using the envelope you received in the
mail or from the brochures in the vestibule.
These envelopes may be returned in the mail
or in the collection basket at Mass.
Your
generosity supports retired priests from all 5
counties of our Diocee
On behalf of our parish staff, I want to take this
opportunity to thank Mrs. Nancy Bonfanti publicly for
her dedicated work to this parish. She has served
the parish of Our Lady of Mercy well for the past
seven years as our Parish Business Manager. She
had many responsibilities on her job description. She
went above and beyond in many ways to help our
parish run efficiently. Her last day was Thursday,
October 16. We will miss her cheerfulness and her
expertise. Please keep her in your prayers as she
begins a new phase of her career.

the role of each of the ministries and to prepare for
some changes that will take effect beginning the First

anyone in the parish. I am asking that all current
ministers be present. If you are currently a Greeter,
Lector, EM or Usher, I ask that you RSVP by calling
