LIVE +7 INCREASES PREMIERE WEEK NUMBERS CBS STARTS THE SEASON WITH ITS THIRD STRAIGHT WEEKLY WIN CBS was the only network to post year-to-year growth in viewers and key demographics on its way to its third consecutive weekly win to start the season. In the week ending Oct. 12, CBS also placed first in A25-54 (tie). Compared to the same week last year, CBS was +12% in A25-54 and viewers and +11% in A18-49. Among the highlights: CBS STUDIOS INTERNATIONAL AND NETFLIX ANNOUNCE MULTI-TERRITORY LICENSING DEALS FOR CBS AND SHOWTIME SERIES CBS Studios International and Netflix announced on Oct. 13 a multi-territory licensing deal for CBS and SHOWTIME series in Netflix’s six new European markets and the Netherlands. The agreement also provides Netflix exclusive first-window rights to the SHOWTIME series PENNY l NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (15.39m viewers), SCORPION (11.93m) and MADAM SECRETARY (11.45m) were the top three new shows of the week.
