As previously reported, Letterman, who has hosted CBS’s LATE SHOW for 22 years, announced his retirement on the April 3 broadcast. In addition to leading the TV stations' legal team, Messinger also served as CBS Corporation's first Chief Compliance Officer for four years after the company's separation from Viacom in December 2005. Following Messinger's retirement, Andrew Siegel will assume leadership of the CBS Television Stations' legal team as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel.
