Come and join us for a night of fellowship,
games and food today at Gene Powell’s lake
house. The fun begins at 5:00. The food sign
up sheet is in the Connection Center.
Everyone come and bring someone with you.
On Wed., Oct. 22nd, GFBC will be hosting a
Recognition Dinner for the elected officials
and city employees. The sign up sheet for
food is in the Connection Center.
Everyone is invited for this time of outreach
to the people who serve us every day in our
town.

Thank you for worshipping with us today! We are glad that
you have chosen to worship at Gordo FBC. Take a moment
to fill out the Response Card attached to this bulletin and then
visit our Connection Center where our volunteers will make
you feel right at home.
For Your Children
During worship, we offer a full range of options for children
ages birth through 6 yrs. A nursery is available for children
ages birth through 2 yrs, and Children’s Church is available
(during 10:00 worship only) for children ages 3 through 6 yrs.
The Nursery is located next to the Fellowship Hall, and
Children’s Church is located on the second floor in Room
201.
We also offer Wednesday Night Programs for children birth
through 5th Grade. The nursery is available on Wednesday
nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. For children ages 3 through
Kindergarten, we offer Veggie Connections, a fun, Biblecentered, Veggie-Tales based program. Older children in
grades 1 through 5 are invited to experience Big City Studio,
a fast-paced, exciting way to learn about Jesus.
For Your Student
Students in grades 6 (at parents discretion) through 12 are
invited to Souled Out, which meets on Wednesday nights
from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. They will be challenged by the Word
of God to live out their faith as they move through a culture
that is often difficult to navigate.
