Sonera Exact Pro
Sonera Exact Pro is a total package containing a call package, a message package and Internet access at a single price. The price depends on the choice of the
call, message and data packages.
The call minutes included in the Sonera Exact Pro call package can be used for calls and video calls in Finland. The message volume included in the message
package can be used for sending text and multimedia messages in Finland. The Internet access can be used according to the selected package in Finland.
In addition to the network in Finland, the call, message and data packages can also be used without an extra charge in TeliaSonera’s networks in the Nordic and
Baltic countries. The Sonera Exact Pro call and message packages also includes calls and video calls and text and multimedia messages from Finland to the
Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). The Exact Pro access rates are available at the indicated maximum data
volume (Pro N 25 GB, Pro L 5 GB, Pro M 3 GB, Pro S 0,5 GB).
It is possible to include a maximum of four Pro Surf Cards and one Multi-SIM service to each subscription to Sonera Exact Pro. The Pro Surf Card uses the data
volume included in the surf package of the main subscription. The Pro Surf Card does not have voice capability. Text and multimedia messages are subject to
usage-based charges. Pro Surf Card is subject to the price list valid at the time in question.

The Intra Company call service can be connected to the following Sonera mobile subscriptions designed for business users: Sonera Business Subscription, and
Sonera Exact for Companies, Sonera Basic for Companies and My Sonera for Companies subscriptions.

The user-specific monthly charge for the service includes calls made using a short number or a mobile, company or local number integrated into Mobile

Deployment and usage support are charged in accordance with the hourly price list, if it concerns work not included in the standard delivery. Support
services are charged at the accuracy of half an hour, the minimum charge being that for half an hour.

Sonera Exact for Companies
All the packages available to Sonera Exact for Companies subscriptions – packages from Start to Total – contain SMSs, MMSs, calls, video calls and Internet
access at the maximum transmission speed and with the maximum data volume included in the package. When the data volume included in the Surf package has
been used up, the customer can continue surfing at a lower speed without an extra charge or buy an additional package and continue surfing at the maximum
speed. In addition to standard packages, we also provide special packages for people who text a lot or surf on a tablet.
In Start, Practical, Smart, Super and Enormous packages, an individual package can be upgraded one step. The new package then replaces the old one and the
monthly charge for the total package changes. The total package selected can be changed for another Exact package entity. The number of changes is limited to
one in an invoicing period.
The data transmission rate and volume available depend on the package chosen (Start and Practical 1 GB; Company 1000, Smart, Super and Texts 10 GB;
Company 2500, Surfboard 3G, Enormous and Total 20 GB; Surfboard 4G 50 GB).
The use of the phone, that is calls, SMSs and data transfer in the Nordic and Baltic countries, is included in the same monthly charge.

lost, are not received or are received corrupted
