Subscriptions Customer Service & Administration Assistant Job Summary The Subscriptions team manages the growth of five international legal publications, which cover news, awareness and work-flow comparative guides. This role is to provide friendly and helpful customer service to our subscription accounts, as well as undertaking full administration responsibilities to support the growing team’s new business acquisitions and retention activities. Responsibilities Customer service: Account set up and subscription fulfilment (password set up, database, IP addresses, briefing issues, list management, print runs etc.) Manage customer enquiries Send out welcome packs Manage permissions for access to the website Admin: Liaise with finance team on invoice fulfilment Manage renewal admin and invoicing Database work – managing contact lists Managing timetables: advertising, HTML and conferences Website amendments – static pages e.g. ‘contact us’ Uploading advertising banners Uploading external event listings Stock reporting Arrange print distribution Campaign support: Market research Dividing lead lists to enable targeted communications Arranging distribution emails via the subs criptions inbox Direct mail via our distribution suppliers Scheduling of marketing activities where appropriate (advertising / HTML) Web amendments to the subs criptions pages New business support: Campaign reports: statistics on each campaign, including number of leads ‘hot prospects’ generated, CTR’s, sales generated and feedback Reporting: Produce monthly sales and lead generation report. Work with the Acquisitions team to collect sales metrics on the source and incentive used in monthly sales, as well as the reason for a ‘no’, client feedback and lead generation statistics (where and how many) Lead generation support: Support lead generation activities across all brands Market research Maintain dotmailer distribution lists e.g. sign-ups and filter on non-subscribers Monitor LinkedIn followers and spot any non-subscribers Ad-hoc: Keep up to date with market place, competitor activity and client activity Conference attendance Individual Requirements Candidate requirements: A 2:1 degree An international outlook Proactive nature and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively Demonstrable ability to solve problems and work in a team Confident communication skills on the phone, in writing and in person Excellent organisational skills Attention to detail Previous office/administration or customer service experience is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Foreign language skills - preferable but not compulsory Only candidates who have the right to work in the United Kingdom will be considered for this role.
