Pomembna določila:
Razstave se lahko udeležijo le šetland poniji, ki svojo pasmo izkažejo z rodovnikom.
Prijavljeni konji morajo imeti opravljen IAK-pregled krvi, izvid ne sme biti starejši od enega leta. Razstave se ne smejo udeležiti konji ki so
bolni.
Žrebeta pripeljana na razstavo morajo biti obvezno pripeljana skupaj z materjo.
Konji morajo biti skrtačeni, z urejeno grivo in urejenimi kopiti. Drugače se lahko udeležbo zavrne.
Razstavljajo se na oglavkah pripeti na povodce.
Med samo razstavo morajo biti konji na oglavkah s povodci. Lastnik je odgovoren za morebitno škodo, ki bi jo povzročil njegov konj.
Razstavljalec se udeleži razstave na svojo lastno odgovornost.
Pritožbe:
Pritožbe razstavljavcev se obravnavajo samo v času razstave. Odločitev sodnika glede ocene in uvrstitve je dokončna. Dovoljena je
pritožba glede organizacije ter postopka ocenjevanja. Podana mora biti takoj vodji prireditve in delegatu KZS, v pisni obliki in ob plačilu
kavcije v znesku 50 €. Če se izkaže, da je pritožba neutemeljena, organizator kavcije ne vrne.

Regulations
On show can be only horses that are purebreed shetland ponies
with pedigree. Horse attending the show must hawe negative
blood test on IAE. The test can not be older than one year.
Horses that are ill can`t attend the show.Foals must be together
with their mares.Horses have to be brushed, cleaned, and with
trimmed hoofes. In other case the participation can be denied.
In show ring horses need to have halters and leads. The owner is
responsible for damage that the horse might do in the time of the
show. Participation in the show ist at exibitors own risk.
Complaints
Exhibitors' complaints will be dealt with at the show only. Any
decision made by the judge regarding qualifications, awards and
placing is final and indisputable. However, complaints aboutthe
organization of the show and about the procedure followed to give
the qualifications awards and placing are admissible and have to
be made immediately to the manager of the show in writing form and
against the deposit of 50 € as surety. If the complaint is found to be
unjustified, the surety will be handed over to the organizer of the show.

Verordnungen
Auf der Ausstellung können nur Pferde die reinrassig Shetland-Ponys mit
Stammbaum sind.
Pferd muss negative Blutprobe auf IAE haben. Der Test kann nicht älter als
ein Jahr sein. Pferde die krank sind kann nicht an der Ausstellun.
Fohlen müssen zusammen mit ihren Stuten sein.
Pferde müssen gereinigt und mit gepfegte huffen sein. Sonnst konnen sie
nicht teilnehmen.
Im Ring müssen Pferde mit Halfter und Strick sein. Der Eigentümer ist
verantwortlich für Schäden die sein Pferd in Zeit der Ausstelung machen
wurde. Die Teilnahme an unserer Austellung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Beschwerden
Aussteller Beschwerden werden nur an der Ausstellung behandelt werden.
Jeder Entscheidung über Qualifikationen, Auszeichnungen des Richters
und Platzierung ist endgültig und unanfechtbar. Jedoch Beschwerden über
die Organisation der Ausstellung, die Qualifikationen und Platzierung sind
zulässig und müssen sofort an die Leiter der Ausstelung gemacht werden im
Schriftform und mit der Kaution von 50 € als Sicherheit. Wird die Beschwerde
als unberechtigt sein, bekommt die Kaution der Veranstalter.
