The Lord’s Prayer
Unison
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass
against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
forever. Amen.

Last Sunday to buy nuts! The
Mountain View UMW again will
be selling nuts this year . We will
plan to begin delivering nuts in early November. Proceeds from the
nut sales assist UMW in both its
local, national and international
mission efforts, along with financing our annual retreat. We also will
have a variety of delicious snack
mixes, caramel corn, yogurt pretzels and other goodies available
too. Be sure to look for UMW
members in the Narthex with our
nut order forms. It would help us a
great deal if you could pre-pay your
order. A HUGE Thank You! for
your continued support. For more
information, contact Mary Jane
Hall at 720-562-8190.
The Crossfyre youth group will be
selling Butter Braids from now until Nov. 9th for $12 each, of which
we keep $5. Proceeds from this
fundraiser will go to our summer
trip to Youth 2015 in Florida.
There are six varieties to choose
from including: Carmel Rolls,
Cherry, Apple, Blueberry Cream
Cheese, Cinnamon, and the brand
new Strawberry Cream Cheese.
Please help support the Crossfyre
youth and order your Butter Braids
today. Butter Braids will be available for pick up on Sunday, Nov. 16.

The amazing colors we have been
experiencing announce the changing seasons and the approach of
Veteran's Day. Veter an' s Day,
celebrating the end of World War I,
offers us the opportunity to honor
all those who have served our
country in peace and war and to
thank them for their sacrifice. This
year you will have the opportunity
to send messages of love and hope
to servicemen and women who are
close to our Mountain View community. Beginning TODAY, in the
Narthex, there will be cards for you
to sign as well as info on how to
write a brief, personal note. If your
kids would like, we also invite
them to draw pictures. Then, on
Sunday, November 9th, during
each of the services, we will bless
these messages before sending
them to those who are serving
now. Also, during those services,
we will be recognizing and honoring all who have served our country. Help us to bring our support to
people who are actively serving
our country.
Adopt-a-Road clean up Satur day,
Nov. 1, from 9:00am till noon.
Meet at the church in the Narthex.
Contact Glen Strand for more information 303-903-0948.
