CC’ing Recipients on Results Usually, all patient results are sent to the ordering and authorising providers by default. If you need to send a result to an additional provider, submitter, In Basket Pool or Class for any reason, you can do that in the CC Results activity. Try It Out 1. Go to the Actions menu from the Outstanding List and select the CC Results button for the appropriate test. (Alternately, you can also use the CC Results button on the toolbar in Specimen Update or Order Enquiry.) 2. This will open a new window, where you can enter an individual user in the CC recipient field. 3. If you need to CC these results to a Submitter or a Pool of users, you can simply enter the appropriate modifier listed in the key at the bottom of the window to pull up a list to select from.  LAB124TS1.0 For example, for a submitter you would enter “S” in the CC Recipient field and then hit enter to pull up a list of submitters to select from. © 2014 Epic Systems Corporation.
