The Associate Deans of the college concerned are requested to inform the above
students of their shifting to the above course immediately and ask them to report to the
Associate Deans of the respective colleges on or before the aforesaid date for
registering the B.V.Sc. & A.H. Course and attending the classes failing which their
admission shall stand cancelled. The Associate Deans are also requested to obtain the
individual acknowledgement for this Memo. from each student and preserve the same
for their office records and also transfer the relevant records and Non-University Fund of
these students to the college to which he or she is re-allotted.
The provisional admission for these candidates into B.V.Sc. & A.H. course is
accorded subject to the production of social status (caste) certificate by the candidate in
the college after getting it cleared from the Department of Backward Classes / Tribal
Welfare / Social Welfare within 15 days of joining the college. An undertaking to this
effect may be obtained from each candidate in case of reserved category, and in the
event of the candidate failing to produce the same within the prescribed time, his or her
admission shall be treated as cancelled.
Hence the respective Associate Deans are further requested to fax the fact to the
University on 24-10-2014 about the joining of these candidates in the college. The
receipt of the Memo. alongwith enclosures may please be acknowledged.
