Guest Speakers RANDY GANDARA Randy is the owner of Certified Indoor Air which specializes in water and mold damage restoration. He is certified for water damage restoration through the Institute of Inspection. Cleaning and Restoration, certified as a Microbial Remediation Technician and is an IAQA Practitioner with the Indoor Air Quality Association. BRENT FOSTER GREGORY C. PYFROM, SR. Mr. Pyfrom is a civil trial lawyer specializing in the defense of Realtors and home inspectors. He has tried in excess of 200 Superior Court jury trials and has tried cases on national television. He recently obtained a verdict against a former national television news anchor, not only defending the inspector’s case but obtaining a judgment of $130,000. He is currently defending a home inspection company against a lawsuit filed by the singer/entertainer, Rhianna, which is pending in los Angeles being collected/appealed in excess of $ 650,000, pending. He is also a highly entertaining, engaging and educational speaker. Brent is the owner of Northwest Infrared and provides infrared service for the detection of heat loss, moisture intrusion and building defects. He is a Certified Level 111 Thermographer; certified master building inspector, and a certified building analyst with over 18 years of field experience. Brent is an author of many articles published on subjects concerning energy conservation, moisture intrusion and why the buildings behave badly.
