This Show will be commercially videotaped . As set out in the show rules, entering the show or the show
grounds constitutes your consent to the use 01 your image and/or your dog's image in the videotape.
The Poodle Club of Lehigh Valley. Inc. prohibits the use of Video Recording Devises or Photographic
Equipment at this show for commercial purposes without prior written consent 01 the Show Chairman.
Overnight parking allowed in parking lot, but no water or electric hookup available.
Gasoline or diesel generators are not permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent where this

ENTRY FEE : EACH DAY - $31.00 (including $.50 AKC recoroing fee & $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee) for the first
entry of a dog and $18.00 !of each additional entry of the same dog. $25.00 fOf Bred-By-Exhibitor Classes. Puppy
Classes (6-9 & 9-12 mos) are $25.00. Amateur-Dwner-Handler Class, $20.00.
EACH CONFORMATION SESSION IS LIMITED TO 100 ENTRIES.
CLOSING DATE for entries 12:00 NOON, Wednesday, November 26, 201 4 (at Show Superintendent Office) After
Which Time Entries Cannot Be Accepted, Cancelled or Substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6
of the Dog Show Rules.
THE SHOW will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
An AKC RECORDING FEE OF $.50 & an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered
at any Licensed or Member Club Show. Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in more than one class
in one of these events, the AKC Aecorcfing Fee and Service Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC Aules
Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11 , Section 2). All Recording Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Superintendent will add a $20.00 collection fee
to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being
put on a CASH ONLY basis.
TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFACIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement
and Aules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES will not be accepted.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRIES will be made as soon as possible with tickets and/or identification cards. The
person ac:corll)anying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. SHOULD
SUCH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NOT BE RECEIVED BY THE EXHIBITOR within a rea sonable lime. please notify
the Show Secretary at (610) 376-1880.
MAKE ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO Aau Dog Shows. ltd. Please mail checks Of money
orders with entries. Show Superintendent assumes no responsibility lor cash sent through the mail.
ALL CREDIT CARD ENTRIES, REGARDLESS OF METHOD SUBMITTED, are processed through the Fax program
and will be charged a $4.00 per dog per show processing fee.
CANADIAN EXHIBITORS make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS.
NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED WHICH SPECIAES ANY CONDITlONS
AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge,
or barred from competition by action 01 Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond
the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry foons, whoever may make
such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing
date.
NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES_We wiD make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog has been
processed, no refund will be made.
CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging
will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are respon-sible for
the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show·giving club and
the show secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards
or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought Into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the
exercising ring. No space for unentered dogs at this show.
CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid In the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made
in the ring belore the judging of that breed is over, and the Show Secretary to be advised at once. The Show Secretary
and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.
THE SHOW COMMITTEEISHOW SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and
exhibitors but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or rn'sfortune to either
dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
NOTE: ' Effective for all shows held on or after July " 1980, dogs which according to their owners' records have
completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries for the show, but whose championships
are unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition,
provided this transfer is made by the Superintendent prior to the start of judging of the show.'
DECLINATION OF ENTRIES. The Poodle Club of Lehigh Valley, Inc. may decline any entries for cause and may refuse
to receive or may remove dogs on account of disease, viciousness Of other causes and no one shall have any claim
or recourse against the Poodle Club of Lehigh Valley, Inc. or any official thereof.
