The Industry’s Leading Awards,
Together for the First Time
For the first ever time, this year’s CCF National Conference will bring together our
industry’s three major awards programs – the CCF Earth Awards, The Earthmover
& Civil Contractor Awards and the first national Civil Train Awards – as the gala
opening event to the conference being held in Adelaide from 22 to 25 October, 2014.
The Awards are scheduled for the evening of Wednesday October 22, setting the
scene for what is sure to be a memorable industry event.
The Earth Awards will continue its long-running and highly successful format
of recognising major civil construction projects via a series of state and territory
finals culminating in the national awards night.
Now in their third year, The Earthmover & Civil Contractor Awards will recognise
individual achievement, technology advances and industry contributions and will
also include the announcement of the 2014 Newsmaker of the Year Award and
the 2014 inductee into The Earthmover & Civil Contractor Hall of Fame.
The final part of this multi-awards evening will be the announcement of the 2014
CCF Civil Train Awards. These awards will recognise the outstanding achievements
of apprentices and trainees who are making their way in the world of civil construction.

CCF National Conference 2014:
Breaking New Ground
The Civil Contractors Federation is the peak body representing Australia’s civil
construction industry.
In 2014 Australia has seen the announcement of a multi-billion dollar infrastructure
development plan from the Federal Government. Designed to stimulate the economy
and enhance productivity this drive will have significant impact on all elements
of the civil construction industry.
In addition to examining the Federal and Government spending plans the CCF National
Conference will showcase mega-projects from across the globe and how the industry
is breaking new ground through innovation.
Hosted in Adelaide amidst the fantastic redevelopment of the Riverbank Precinct
the conference will be accompanied by an expanded and exciting exhibition, and
the partners program will showcase the very best South Australia has to offer.
The CCF Conference will be running alongside the Gala Awards Night. To find out more
