If you need to take care of some summer maintenance before you slip into
that swimsuit, The Pretty Kitty has opened its second Houston location in
The Heights. The waxing salon specializes in Brazilian bikini waxes, but also
does old-fashioned bikini waxing, plus a host of other hair removal options.
Marlo Miller Boutique
Marlo Miller Boutique, a long-time favorite for chic cowgirls and those who
just like splashes of color and print all year long, has a new home on
Kingsride Lane in the Memorial Area. The boutique moved from its cozy
spot on Fountainview to a new, bigger location with lines like Joy Joy and
Ivy Jane.
Brush & Blush Blow Dry Bar
There’s a new blowout bar on the scene. Brush & Blush debuts in Memorial
on Gessner, offering blowouts, braids, the Brazilian Blowout smoothing
treatment, plus makeup application and beauty classes. Blowouts start at
$40.
