AFTERNOON COMMUNION
SUNDAY 2 NOVEMBER
If you are housebound or ill, you are
welcome to attend the afternoon
communion service on Sunday 2 November
at 3.00pm. The service lasts for 30 minutes,
with the opportunity to enjoy a cup of
tea afterwards. Prayer Ministry is also
available. Family and friends are welcome
to accompany you and transport can be

SEMINAR - “FORGIVENESS IS HEALING”,
P C I Board of Mission in Ireland are holding
a seminar “Forgiveness is Healing” speaker
Russ Parker (Acorn Christian Healing Trust)
on Wednesday 5 November from 9.45am
– 1pm. It will be held in The Assembly Buildings, Fisherwick Place, Belfast. Admission

M14 MEN’S CONFERENCE
The keynote speaker this year is Karl Martin,
leader of ‘Central’ in Edinburgh and Dave
Dickinson will lead worship.
The theme this year is ‘Sent’ and will explore
what mission and discipleship requires of
us in 2014.
Saturday 8 November, Assembly Buildings,
Spires, Belfast. We have 2 tickets available

BUILDING BLOCKS CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
CONFERENCES will take place on Saturday
15 November in Assembly Buildings. These
conferences are for those working with
children in their local church, community
or school. Lucy Moore will be the keynote
speaker who is the founder of Messy
Church. There will be an opportunity
for delegates to attend two of the wide
choice of seminars on offer. Sunday School
Teachers, Children’s Church Leaders, Kids’
Club Leaders are sure to benefit from what
the conferences have to offer. For more

CARNMONEY OPEN AWARD CENTRE
is offering 10 young people the opportunity
to complete their Silver Award with us.
Are you 15 years old? (minimum starting
age). Have you completed Bronze and are
looking for the next challenge, then contact

A ONE DAY PASTORAL CARE CONFERENCE
EQUIPPING PASTORAL CARERS TO CARE
This conference is for anyone working with
or caring for people - pastoral visitors, church
leaders, youth leaders etc - whether paid or

CAP JOB CLUB
The Job Club continues on Monday
27 October. Our aim is to help get people
back into the work place by dealing
with issues such as interviews, what
employers look for, CVs etc. CAP Job Club
is for unemployed people of all ages. For

VOLUNTEER CAP DEBT COACH
We are grateful for those who have already
expressed an interest in giving a day a week
on a voluntary basis to act as a CAP Debt
Coach. If you think you might be interested
in this role, or would like more information,

Dickinson today as applications for interview
by CAP need to be completed by the end of
this month.
WINTER FUEL PAYMENT
Are you expecting a winter fuel payment?
Is your oil tank already full?
Many of our CAP clients have no oil in their
tanks. If you would like to donate your
allowance to the CAP Oil fund please speak
to Brian
HELPING HANDS FOOD MINISTRY
At present we have surplus pasta and
porridge stock. If you wish to donate
items to our Food Ministry please consider
donating some of the other items. Also
please check the ‘best before’ date that items
