Valley is asked to, at least, Tithe on our income. And if you have fallen behind in your giving during the year, you are
challenged to get “Caught Up” next Sunday. Also, this year we have been encouraged to give the “Largest-OneTime” Offering that we have ever Given to the Lord through His Church here at Valley as we express our Gratitude to
Him for all His Blessings on us! Remember , all of us ar e Rich People compared to the world’s population.
Also, I am asking you to join Beverly and myself in praying about what your Financial Gift should be on “Pr ove-TheTithe” Sunday. If you are going to be out of town next Sunday, November 2, please Bring or Mail your Tithes &
Offerings to the Chur ch office before you leave town so they can be counted in our over all totals. Thanks in
advance for your participation in next Sunday’s Special Offer ing. I’m convinced once we realize just how Rich we
truly are, we will Give Joyfully & Sacrificially to our “Prove-The-Tithe” Offering, and even mor e impor tantly than
that, we will give our Tithes and Offerings on a regular basis! (You ar e Rich! I am Rich!)

so important. (See back page)

WELCOME, COOPER BECKETT
We want congratulate Tiffany & Cody Wilson on the birth of their second
handsome son, Cooper Beckett, who was born last Tuesday, October 14, at
UAMS. He weighed 7 lbs. 11 ozs. and was 20 3/4 inches long.
Since Cooper is now already over a week old, I am sure that his Dad and big
brother, John Parker, have already had him in the deer woods and ready to
kill his first Big Buck. But Cooper will have to become a fanatic about hunting to even come close to the passion his Dad has for the sport!
We are thankful that Cooper and Tiffany are home and doing well. In fact,
while still in the hospital and recovering from giving birth, Tiffany looked like a
model!
We are also grateful for Cooper, his Parents, his big bother-John Parker-and
Cooper’s Special Great-Grandparents, Vernon & Sue McFalls. Welcome,
Cooper! We are glad you are here!

WELCOME, DAWSON LANE
We want to congratulate Kacy and Zach Miller on the occasion of
the birth of their handsome son, Dawson Lane. He was born this
past Thursday, October 16. He weighed 8 lbs. 5 ozs. and was 21
1/4 inches long. Both Kacy and Zach did excellent during labor and
delivery, especially when everyone was worried about Zach passing
out! But both were champions even though this was their first-time
at this parenting thing! In fact, when Zach carried Dawson to the
window for everyone to see his son, he was smiling from ear to ear.
He hasn’t grinned that much since the first-time he saw Kacy!
And to no one’s surprise, Dawson is a “Chip off the Old Block.” In
fact he already owns a shot gun and has signed up for this Saturday’s Concealed Carry Class. Like Father….like Son!
We are so thankful that Kacy and Dawson (and Zach) are all home
