The parade will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 6:00 PM, the rain/snow date will be Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 5:00 PM. 2013 Parade Theme: “The Twelve Days of Christmas” Line Up Time: Floats 5:00 PM Gift card prizes will be awarded, as follows: Commercial: 1st & 2nd Entries will be judged according to: Groups 5:15 PM– along West Bainbridge Street Nonprofits: 1st & 2nd places Judge’s Choice Award: 1st Place *Best Use of Theme (50%) *Originality (20%) *Charm (10%) *Technical Performance (10%) *Audio/Visual Appeal (10%) Due to Santa being the Grand Finale of the Parade – NO SANTAS are allowed in any groups of floats.
