Terms and Conditions of the application












The application is accepted subject to the Scheme of Development, the terms and conditions of this Application and of the
Agreements.
Payment of instalments shall be strictly in accordance with the Schedule of Payment unless modified. The applicants will be solely
responsible for timely payment of the amounts due irrespective of whether the payments are made from their own funds or
through a bank.
The applicants agree to execute the Agreement for Sale and construction of villa respectively in NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD
standard format, and ensure dispatch to NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD within seven days (7) days of receipt of the same by the
applicant, failing which the offer shall stand cancelled and NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD shall be entitled to recover cancellation
charges in addition to administrative charges, VAT/service tax. NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD, on dispatch of the cancellation
letter, will be entitled to allot the said villa to any third party at its sole discretion. The applicants will thereafter have no further
right or claim for allotment/possession of the villa.
Agreement for Sale and Construction Agreement will be executed in favour of the intending purchaser after the intending
purchaser complying with all requirements and accordingly this application for allotment of villa shall not be constructed as a
concluded contract. These agreements need to be executed within 15-21 days from date of Booking.
Plot registration will be done within 30 days of booking and construction agreement to be executed on or before plot registration.
The application shall accompany self-attested proof of address and PAN card copy. If the application is in joint names, both the
applicants need to sign the application form.
The allotment if made shall be subject to the Scheme of Development and shall not be compared with any other
Scheme/Project/Offers. NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD reserves the right to affect suitable and necessary alterations/changes in
the master plan/plan in order to successfully complete the project and to comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
In case of booking cancellation, penalty of 10% on the booking amount would be deducted towards admin charges and balance
amount will be refunded within 90 days from the day of cancellation of booking.
All pictorial representations are conceptual.
All disputes relating to/arising out of the application are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the site of project.
Registration and stamp duty are applicable as per government norms.
VAT and service tax are to be paid along with the slab payment.
All payments shall be made as directed by NANDHINI BUILDERS PVT. LTD./ PRASAD FARM DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. Bank charges, if
applicable, shall be paid by the applicants on actuals at every instance a cheque is dishonoured by the bank Declaration by the
Applicant/s:
I/We have read the above terms and conditions of this application for allotment and have fully understood the contents thereof, have
obtained legal advice on the same and I/We understand that the compliance by me/us of the above terms are material for the purposes of
the consideration by the company for allotment of the villa in my/our favour.
