If you are working on a Import booking you can click the Control Sheet button to access the Update Control Sheet panel. How to use the Control Sheet 22 July 2009 Page 4 of 9 Information in the Control Sheet The next image illustrates the different information displayed in the panel. For each field it is described from where the information is picked. 1. ETA: The ETA is fetched from the Voyage associated with the booking. B/L Number: The B/L Number is associated with the Booking Process 4. Booking Summary: The Booking Summary shows the Container Number if there is only one container in the booking. Otherwise a resume (2 X 20DV + 4 X 20HC for instance) is displayed 5. Charges: Charges can be automatically or manually imputed as described next How to use the Control Sheet 22 July 2009 Page 8 of 9 Manage Control Sheet Charges Charges listed on the panel are automatically generated the first time the panel is accessed if there are Shipment Charges associated to the booking. If there are no charged defined yet you can add them manually using the button. In order to avoid inconsistencies, if the value of a charge is different from the one specified in the Shipment Charges, the row is listed in red. You can click the Regenerate Tariffs button to recreate the charges on the grid based on the Shipment Charges. How to use the Control Sheet 22 July 2009 Page 9 of 9
