The hotel will reserve a limited number of rooms for you
until October 8, 2014. Please book your room directly in
the hotel referring to the “German Retail Congress 2014“
(single room E 155 excl. breakfast).
Congress fee & registration terms
Please use the registration form on the reverse side.
The fee for the two-day congress is E 1,490.00 plus VAT
per person. If more than two congress participants from
the same company attend, 15% discount is granted to
the third participant onwards. The congress fee includes
beverages, lunch and evening events. Upon receipt of
your registration, you will receive a confirmation and the
invoice.
The invoiced amount is due within 14 days from the date
of invoice, unless another period of payment is indicated
on the invoice. In case of cancellation of the registration,
a processing fee of E 50 will be due, if the written cancellation is received by Management Forum by October 22,
2014. In case of non-attendance of the participant or a
cancellation after October 22, 2014 the fee must be paid
in full. Of course any registered participant can be substituted and represented by another person. The organizer
reserves the right to make changes regarding speakers
and content.
