Dr. K.V. Rao Scientific Society announces its 9 Annual Science Quiz Competition
and its first inter-state quiz (2014-15) for School students of Telangana and Andhra
Pradesh.
We invite the school students (classes 8th to 12th) to participate from all districts of
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. To facilitate this process, the districts of Telangana
and Andhra Pradesh have been divided into five zones and each zone shall be
represented by a city where the quiz shall be held. Top two teams from each of the
zonal finals shall compete in a mega final to be held in Hyderabad.
Students from registered schools of the designated zones can apply to participate in
that zone only. No applicant from other zones is permitted to participate.
There is no registration fee for the quiz.
The candidates will have to make their own arrangements for travel to the venue
and back. However, the six teams selected in respective zonal finals will be
reimbursed travel expenses. The top two teams from each zone will also be
reimbursed travel expenses for attending the finals.

audio, video, rapid fire rounds amongst
others. Top three teams will be selected
for prizes.
Top two teams from each zone shall
participate in the Final to be held in
Hyderabad on 29th November 2014.
The Quiz Master's decision
shall be final and binding for the
quiz.
