Participants should submit the relief letter from the Head of the Institution at the time of Registration. No participant is allowed to leave the course in the middle unless she/he is permitted on genuine grounds by the UGC-ASC. In that case the participant has to attend the session during the next Course to get the certificate. No participant is allowed to go on-duty during the Course period.
