Customer needs to enter Promotion Code & pay online through their YES Bank Net banking/ Card option
while booking domestic/international one way or return flight booking on www.musafir.com, to be eligible
for the offer (Discount).

In case, the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code and pay through YES Bank Card/s or Net banking
services, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.

If the Customer cancels the ticket booking, Musafir.com Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after
deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty

Date change is allowed, customers has to inform Musafir minimum one working day prior and between
10AM and 8PM working day (Mon-Sat) to departure and have to bear the additional charges if required, else
they can contact the respective Airline offices directly

Name changes are not allowed, however customer has to call up the respective airline directly. Privacy
policy for the Musafir website, prior to providing such information.

YES Bank Net Banking user/Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying
tickets for their customers using their own YES Bank card/Net banking services

Musafir.com Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of
Musafir.com Pvt Ltd.

The prices of the products and / or services are exclusive of taxes and the tax liability, duties, levies by
whatever name called in connection with the offer shall be borne by the Customer.

In case of any disputes, Cardholders/Net banking users are required to present the relevant online payment
receipts and booking confirmation evidence for further investigation by the YES Bank. In all such cases, the
decision of YES Bank & Musafir.com shall be treated as final.

The travel package is purely based on minimum 02 adult passengers traveling together as per itinerary.
If the customer postpones or cancels the journey due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances
/ Political or Social unrest, or in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel, the client will be charged for the
same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request should be addressed to the airline or
hotel
The International Check-in time: - 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of
suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any
increase in price and hotels.
No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations subject to approval
of Reserve Bank of India.
Musafir.com India Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its discretion and without
notice.
