Pile height: the height of the pile (the carpet of yarn on top of the artificial grass backing.), usually measured in millimeter
(mm)
Dtex: a manufacturing term relating to artificial grass turf yarn measurement; an abbreviation of Decitex, it is the unit of
the linear density of continuous yarn – equal to 0.90 of a denier or 0.10 of a tex.
Stitch rate: number of artificial grass turf stitches per 100cm in line direction.
Gauge: The distance between two adjacent lines, usually using “inch” as unit.
