SIRIUS SIMOCODE pro
Starter Kits
SIMOCODE pro is a Motor Management
system that provides protection, control
and communication for full voltage motor
applications. There are three versions
of SIMOCODE pro: SIMOCODE pro S,
SIMOCODE pro V and SIMOCODE pro V PN.
SIMOCODE pro S redeﬁnes motor
management on the entry level by
offering an efﬁcient and compact solution
(22.5mm). This basic unit meets the most
important current basic requirements in
terms of motor control, monitoring and
protection: 4 inputs, 2 relay outputs and
a thermistor input are provided in this
module, and PROFIBUS connectivity. An
optional expansion module offers
additional functionality.
SIMOCODE pro V features all of the
capabilities of SIMOCODE pro S, as well
as additional application proﬁles and logic,
an extra relay output and safety capabilities.
It also has more I/O modules supporting
digital, analog and temperature signals. This
reduces the need for additional ﬁeld I/O and
costly wiring. SIMOCODE pro V also supports
current/voltage measuring modules which
provide current, voltage, power and
power factor.
SIMOCODE pro V PN includes all of the
capabilities of SIMOCODE pro V, as well as
connectivity via Ethernet, Proﬁnet, OPC UA
server or web-server. Media redundancy is
also provided via the 2 integrated RJ-45 ports.
