The Hexagon’s unidirectional flow - makes sure information is transmitted
only in one direction by breaking the TCP or UDP protocol. The information
flows one way – the only way it should, from the transmitter to the receiver
without allowing malicious attackers use this line of communication to
establish an attack.

What is LightSec?
Security is an increasingly important counter-balance to open interfaces and into the network. ECI’s ‘Hexagon model’, cybersecurity solution provides holistic protection for service providers, utility, defense and IT networks. LightSec includes multiple
security engines [hardware and software based], which run security applications, including: network anomaly detection, bigdata cyber analytics, strong authentication, DDOS protection, encryption protocols and firewalls, NAT, SCADA DPI and more.
The solution also includes the LightSec Viewer, LightSec-V, a web-based threat management system for visualizing your cyber
solutions. Providing you with a centralized, aggregated view of calculated threats and enables the protection suite to match
customer-specific needs.
Since when is Cyber Security in ECI’s area of expertise?
ECI has been providing security solutions for its transport and
