October 26 - November 1, 2014
Grace of Christ Presbyterian Church
“... to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a
planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.” Isaiah 61:3 (NIV)

MENDING WINGS
PRAYERS1) that Creator would open the hearts of our kids to
follow His son Yeshua.
2) that we could be somehow connected in a larger facility
to accommodate the growing number of Native youth we
minister to.
3)that churches would partner with us to provide dinner to
our youth during youth group once a month. This would take
a huge burden off of us.
4)that churches would open their doors and invite our
Dancing Our Prayers team to share traditional worship with
and a message of reconciliation as brothers and sisters in
Christ.
TRAILSEEKERS
We will have enough teachers to have 7 groups of boys and
2 groups of girls (One of the groups for the boys will be an
entire Spanish speaking group headed up by Pastor Gustavo.
3 of the boys are from Central America who came this
summer to stay with family after their father was killed there)
• The curriculum has been set and 8 of the lessons are
almost done. The theme this year is: “God’s Promises: His
Never-Changing Gifts”
• The Encampment in June was a huge success along with
all the other short stops that took place over the summer
PRAYERS
• Greg Nebeker can make all the home visits to get all the
boys signed up along with Judy Turner and Jill Skone to get
the girls signed up
• Drivers still needed to pick up the kids (we have more
schools to cover this year)
