The Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry is organizing a Delegation
to visit PITEX 2014 Exhibition at Amritsar, India from 4th– 8th December 2014.
PITEX is a mega event in which a large number of local and international exhibitors
participated every year.
Interested members are requested to send their applications latest by
31st October 2014 alongwith the following:

Passport with Last Indian Visa (if any)
Four Photographs (2”x2”) with White background
Copy of CNIC with English Translation
Copy of NTN
LCCI Membership Certificate
Utility Bill (Address same as on NIC)
Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- (if address of utility bill is not the same as on
CNIC)
Polio Vaccination Certificate
Bank Statement (Personal and Company for last six months)
Company Profile
Two Company Blank Letterhead
Rs.10,000/- (LCCI Visa Processing Fee)

Visa will be Valid only for Amritsar.
2.
LCCI will recommend and assist in obtaining visa from Indian
High Commission but the final authority lies with Indian High
Commission to give or refuse visa.
