Police Character Certificate duly attested from Foreign Affairs Office (for first time
visitor)
Authority Letter from Company (in case of Employee (s) )
Air Ticket and Hotel Reservation (Tentative)
Copy of Polio vaccination Certificate
6 months Bank Statement (Personal / Company) with signature of bank manager and
stamp
Two Blank Company Letterhead
Guarantee in shape of Pay Order an amount of Rs: 100,000/-in favour of LCCI in
case of employee (s).
Note: In case of presenting any fake documents for obtaining visa, the Embassy of China will
ban the applicant and his company for two to ten years and the LCCI will also cancel the
membership of that company.
