Apart from the specific terms and conditions prescribed for each scholarship/ bursary, all applicants must:
1. Be a registered full-time student at UCSI University with a valid student visa and meet the English Requirements (with a score of Band 6.0 in IELTS or
80 (internet based) in TOEFL or equivalent).
2. Scholarship applicants for Medicine, Pharmacy and Music programmes are required to meet and satisfy the qualifying criteria set up by the respective school or faculty
and must pass an admission interview or entrance audition and placement tests through direct application.
3. Complete the UCSI University Trust Scholarship application form obtained either at UCSI University Trust Office, at the UCSI University or downloaded from
www.ucsiuniversity.edu.my or www.ucsiuniversitytrust.com
4. Furnish true and accurate information, failing which their application will be withdrawn without prior notice.
5. Forecast result is accepted for application if the official result has not been released at the point of new intake.
6. Submit application form to the UCSI University Trust before the submission deadlines. (Please refer to the instructions on submission)
7. Submit their applications early for prompt approval. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
8. Produce certified true copies of examination results and other supporting documents stipulated in the form during the interview.
9. NOT be bonded to or be a recipient of any financial aid or award/scholarship/bursary from other educational institutions or organisations.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified by the UCSI University Trust via email or sms of the date, time and venue of the interview to be conducted.
Successful applicants will be informed by the UCSI University Trust via email within 2 weeks after the interview, they must confirm acceptance of the scholarship
within 2 weeks, failing which it will be automatically withdrawn.
Scholarship /Bursary offered is based on actual results only and will be effected from the date an official offer is made.
Awardees have to sign an agreement with the UCSI University Trust and observe the terms and conditions as set therein.
Awardees need to maintain high academic and exemplary behaviour throughout their studies at UCSI University or UCSI International School.
Awardees are to participate actively in the University’s sports, extracurricular and other relevant activities.
Awardees are to voluntarily contribute effort and time of not more than 4 hours a week or not less than 50 hours per normal semester or not less than 25 hours for the
short semester to paticipate in the Scholar Enrichment Programme and be involved in various workplace and community projects by the UCSI University and the
UCSI University Trust.
The Scholarship/Bursary awarded is in the form of tuition fee waiver for the duration offered and is neither transferable to another candidate nor exchangeable for cash.
Awardees agree to pay the initial tuition fee stated in the Letter of Acceptance and any miscellaneous and other fees not covered by the Scholarship.
Awardees agree to pay back the scholarship amount consumed up to date in case of withdrawal.
In the event of a dispute on the eligibility for the Scholarship/Bursary, the decision made by the Scholarship Selection Committee is final and no appeals will be entertained.
The UCSI University Trust reserves the right to decide on the quantum and number of Scholarships and Bursary to be awarded or revoked.
Scholarship/bursary may be terminated at any time in the event of gross misconduct or failure to meet the required academic grades. In such event, the awardees must
pay back UCSI University Trust the amount of scholarship received up to the termination date.

UCSI UNIVERSITY TRUST A-LEVEL SCHOLARSHIP
This Scholarship is offered to new intake students pursuing Cambridge GCE A-Level programme conducted by UCSI International School at UCSI University. It
is opened to those who obtained at least 5A*/As in the IGCSE O-Level Examination taken in year 2014 or 2015.
Scholarship entitlement corresponds to the number of A*/ As achieved in the relavant subject, including the English Language.

Successful recipients must maintain a minimum 3Bs (or 70% pass) in every semester, below which the Scholarship will be revoked.
Maintain their discipline, attendance and exemplary behaviour throughout their studies at UCSI International School.

UCSI UNIVERSITY TRUST SCHOLARSHIP
UCSI University Trust Scholarship is open to International students who enrolled in any of the degree programme or foundation programme leading to a
degree at UCSI University.
Current UCSI students who show excellent academic grades and a track record for at least one year while at UCSI University may apply for the Scholarship.
This scholarship offers partial tuition fee waiver to candidates who demonstrate outstanding academic achievements and participate actively in
extracurricular activities.
