people skills and ongoing learning.
Your first role would be as a Sales Territory Manager (opportunities currently around the Sydney CBD and South West

options, depending on your demonstrated abilities and the business needs. But, think along the lines of 'Account
Management', 'Category Analyst', and 'Brand Management'. These roles would be based at our office in Asquith.
About our Company:
Wrigley has been 'Creating Simple Pleasures' in Australia for over 100 years. Part of the world's fastest growing confectionery

About the role:
As a part of the graduate program, you will attend a series of training courses over the 24 months course of the program
whilst working with your manager to utilise opportunities to grow your skills. Mars believes in giving graduates responsibilities
'from day one' in the form of their own position (not a 'rotation style' graduate program).
Your first role, of Sales Territory Manager, will require that you contribute to the NSW Field Sales team in your defined
territory.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Merchandising, pricing and promotion
• Execute all initiatives at the point of purchase
• Comply with Wrigley trade standards

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and passion for learning.
Something you probably didn't know about Wrigley
In line with our focus on enabling our Engaged, Talented and Connected Associates, Wrigley Pacific is proud to be an Aon
Hewitt BEST Employer.
