We currently have specific graduate opportunities in the following areas in Italy:
• Commercial Road Transport Project Manager – Milan
Position overview: Your role involves providing project management services to Commercial Road
Transport and ensuring that the business is delivered in the most efficient and cost effective way. You’ll be
accountable for specified global projects, analyse process inefficiencies and communicate change and its
impact on the business. We’ll also expect you to understand all aspects of project delivery and the sales
environment, and maintain a consistent focus on the Customer Value Proposition.
• Production Planner
Position overview: Your role is to make sure that production planning for the Cisliano Lube Oil Blending
Plant is as efficient and effective as possible. You’ll be responsible for the construction and
implementation of the production plan, ensuring the plan is consistent and seamlessly integrated into
practice. The production planner also ensures that the local production plan satisfies both local sales and
network supply requirements.
What will we look for in you?
A good academic record, naturally. But experience tells us to go deeper; we’ll carefully assess your ability
to analyse problems, deliver results and work effectively with others. We’re looking for people who are
either graduates or about to graduate in a commercial or engineering-related subject.
With a commitment to learning and development, you’ll be able to take on real responsibility right from
day one. You should have strong written and spoken English language skills. Excellent relationship
building and team working skills are essential.
